Who we are

Staten is made by Pavle Mišić, Belgrade, Serbia (“we”). Contact: [email protected].

The program

Staten is free to download and use, for any purpose, with no time limit. It runs on your computer; your files stay there.

Staten AI and your account

The optional AI assistant needs an account, made with your e-mail address and a sign-in code. Keep access to that e-mail address; it is how you sign in. One person per account.

The assistant is a tool. Staten computes every number itself, but you remain responsible for the methods you choose and the conclusions you publish.

Tokens

The assistant is paid with prepaid tokens: $10 buys 100 tokens, and larger amounts buy more tokens per dollar along the published curve. The number of tokens is shown before you pay. Each step uses a number of tokens shown in the program. Tokens never expire, cannot be exchanged for money (except under the refund policy) and cannot be transferred to another account.

We may change token prices of future steps; tokens you already bought keep their value in money terms. To protect the service we may limit very heavy daily use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break it, to get around limits or payments, or to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend an account that does.

No warranty, limited liability

Staten is provided as it is. We work hard to make it correct, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We will announce important changes to these terms on this page and in the program. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies; mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
